PLEASE READ BEFORE CONFIMING We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Providing more than 24 hours notice frees clients of any financial obligation for the missed appointment. We understand that life happens and reserve the right to forfeit fees as we see fit. As the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee can and will apply. -Less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule will result in a fee of 50% of total services booked. -NO SHOWS and cancellations/reschedules the day of, will be responsible for 100% of the services booked. -$15 fee will be applied to anyone arriving to their appointment 15 minutes late. Services may be adjusted depending on timing. -All fees MUST be paid in person or over the phone prior to booking any further appointments.
